In October 2025, Japan U17 held their pre-camp in Dubai ahead of the FIFA U17 World Cup. This trip was organized by Orange Veins.

In the final days before the tournament, Japan U17 travelled to Dubai for a week focused on preparation, connection and creating the right mindset for the challenge ahead.

The first players and staff touched down early on Saturday October 25th. After checking in at the hotel, the rest of the squad soon joined to reunited the full group. Later that day, the team completed their first medical checks, followed by a light team walk to loosen up after the long journey. Ending the evening together with dinner and excitement for the days ahead.

Sunday marked the start of training. Under the warm desert sky, the team held their first session at The Sevens Stadium, focusing on intensity and togetherness. Over the next few days, the team continued their structured routine: medical checks, tactical meetings and afternoon trainings. Each day building sharper focus and stronger unity.

On Wednesday October 29th, all eyes were on the friendly match against Venezuela U17 at The Sevens Stadium. Japan claimed a 2-1 victory in a competitive and high-quality game, showing off their strong preparation and team spirit.

After nearly a week of hard work, shared meals and valuable time together, the team departed Dubai on Thursday morning. Ready and eager for the World Cup stage.

The pre-camp in Dubai gave Japan U17 the perfect environment to prepare, grow closer as a team and step with confidence into the tournament ahead.
