Behind every football tour and tournament is a team working behind the scenes to make everything come together. One of the newest additions to the Orange Veins team is Esther Snip, who has joined as Office & Operations Manager. With a passion for sport and football, combined with a minor in top-level sports events during her studies, Esther brings her enthusiasm for the sports industry and a structured approach to the team.

During her studies, Esther completed a minor in top-level sports events, where she gained insight into the organisation and coordination behind sporting events. Her interest in sport, combined with her love for football, sparked her interest in working in the sports industry and eventually led her to Orange Veins.

Esther describes herself as someone who enjoys structure and likes to keep an overview, qualities that fit naturally with her role at Orange Veins. She enjoys working in an organised way and making sure things are clear, while also appreciating the variety and energy that come with working in the sports industry.

Outside of work, sport continues to play an important role in Esther’s life. She spends a lot of her free time on the volleyball court and has a strong passion for the sport. Football may be the focus at Orange Veins, but her connection with sport certainly extends beyond one discipline.

Living in Breda, she enjoys the social side of life just as much as the sporting side and likes spending time with friends and being part of a lively environment. Whether she is on the volleyball court, enjoying time with friends or working at Orange Veins, sport and social connections are an important part of her everyday life.
